DON'T BUY IT. I purchased a XROS Pro and regretted it from the first day. The customer support is abysmal — they don't even reply unless you bombard them with multiple emails. It's incredibly frustrating to get any response from them. As for the product itself, it's simply not working properly. I can't tell if it's defective or just poorly made, but either way, I'm extremely unhappy with it. Worse still, they have a strict no-return policy, and there's absolutely no way to get a refund. The best they'll offer is store credit, which is useless if you don't want to continue using their products. I highly recommend avoiding their website. If, for some reason, you do decide to buy a XROS Pro, at least purchase it from a local store where returns might be possible, but honestly, I would advise staying far away from this brand entirely.
