I never used the platform – no logins or content accessed. The $1 trial auto-renewed to approximately ~$66 CAD/month ($47 USD plus conversion) without monthly statements or reminders, which I only discovered in January 2026 on my credit card. I emailed support immediately to request a full refund, explaining my situation. They refunded the month that had just been charged for the following month($47 USD), ignoring the rest despite my zero usage and hardship. I think it’s a disgrace that names like Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi are associated with these misleading subscriptions. I’ve escalated multiple times but no full resolution. Advise caution with auto-renewals – be aware!
