Can’t get any information on my order?
Update: The ring came today and it is very nice. Unfortunately, it was days after it was supposed to get here and did not arrive in time for the ceremony. If you order WAY in advance for when you need the product, I’m sure you will be pleased with your purchase. I can’t comment on the quality of their product nor their shipping speed because I have yet to receive my item. The only thing I could comment on is their customer service. I have for days tried to get some sort of information on the status of my order. I receive a generic message that they will answer my question within a few hours but that has yet to happen. I am beginning to wonder if this is a legitimate business or if I got scammed.
