TBS took over my account from financial services, Jenifer was my rep for a short while, she was an improvement from the rest, ever since they migrated to this crap about contacting a general email and refused to take calls it has bern a living nightmare, I am simply asking them for the person and address to send my notice to terminate and they refuse to answer, now their upload docs portal is causing my to be piled up with bols and I cannot get help navigating this crap.
