Buyer Beware, Product not as Advertised
Buyer beware. I purchased an Osprey backpack. Description clearly stated included rain cover (I have taken screenshots). When it arrived, rain cover not included. I reached out to customer service and the reply (on Oct 5th) was "If I'm not mistaken your model did not come with a rain over ... looks like you can get one direct from Osprey" with a link provided. I replied (on the same day) to this email stating the cover was within the description and felt I should be provided a rain cover - and I have not received a reply since (as if Oct 12). In my opinion, this is very poor customer service. Now I have to spend ANOTHER $30 for a rain cover that was listed in the description of the backpack. This is not only disappointing, it is false advertising. Since this has not been rectified, I will no longer shop at this store.
