Scam Operation
Never received my item. When trying to contact customer service, the reply is a template email telling me contact my neighbors or wait a few days (that I noticed other reviewers have mentioned getting the same response). After waiting a few days I replied back to their customer service and immediately got the exact same email in response. There is no contact phone number. The tracking number they gave me is false. I believe this site (company) is a scam operation and there was never an intent to deliver the purchased item.
