Great customer support
The Qidi Plus 5 is a fantastic 3D printer! I bought it along with the Qidi Box and Polar Cooler, and everything works really well together. Unfortunately, the top glass panel was broken during shipping. I contacted customer support, and they responded very quickly and promptly sent me a replacement. Overall, I'm very happy with both the printer and Qidi's excellent customer service!
