Shipping failed
I ordered some software from them. A few days went by and no movement. Contacted support and was told if I did not receive the package after 10 days I could start the refund process. 10 days? The ordered said it would be here within a week. So now at the 10 day mark no package. Update, the package arrived and seems to be legit and works. I still stand ny my review. 10 days to mail a CD?
