In the fall of 2025
In the fall of 2025, I ordered two hoodies which came in perfectly. Later, prior to Christmas, I ordered two additional XL hoodies for gifts. When they arrived, only one of the two were true XL, the other looked like a small by comparison. I verified the order and the labels on the bags they came in. The label on the small looked like a sticker had transferred from another bag as it was not fully attached. There was nothing on the bag with the SM that said it was a SM. I reached out to Customer Service to begin a dialog of me "proving" one was a XL and the other a SM, complete with photos of the hoodies with a tape measure to make my point. I have to admit it was getting a bit frustrating. However, the Customer Service team stepped up and would not let this go. They kept in touch and guided me to the point where they advised I request a 2XL which just arrived. It was near the size of the true XL I mentioned earlier so I emailed them back to thank them but also to find out how I can return the SM hoodie. They said they don't require me to send it back so I'll donate it to someone who will be able to wear it.
