Horrible Support- They lie as well
I changed my phone number and I can't get in my account. I waited to talk support for 40 mins, and they said call us back after upload documents, and I was told If I push the 5, support will answer me in 2-3 mins, and still I have been waiting for another 40 mins and no one answering. imagine you are in a position and you need to talk with support for close trade or something. You would be liquidet all your account bcoz of their shitty support.
