LifeMD - Total Scam, fraudulent charges
I am submitting this complaint to document my experience with LifeMD regarding what I believe to be unauthorized billing practices. I contend that my credit card was charged for prescription medication that I did not authorize, order, or receive. After notifying the company about my dispute with these charges and instructing them to stop billing my credit card, I believe that additional charges continued to occur. I respectfully request that your office review whether LifeMD’s billing and subscription practices comply with applicable consumer protection laws. I am asking that this complaint be considered as part of any investigation into potentially unfair or deceptive billing practices affecting consumers. I have supporting documentation that includes credit card statements, billing history, correspondence with the company, account information, and any available shipping documentation.
