Great, until there is an issue
I have been a customer of The Points Trader for a couple of years and really enjoyed the service. Good customer support, and enjoyed the benefits when travelling. However, mid last year, the points I received through Points Trader on my Aeroplan/Air Canada account have been blocked. I tried many different approaches to get them to reinstate my account, but with no result. The Points Trader pointed out to the small print in our arrangement and basically left me out to dry and I lost over 12,000 US$. So if it all works, I greatly recommend it to anyone, but be aware of the risk you're taking if something goes wrong!
