absolutely couldn't give a sht after taking your money
absolutely couldn't give a sht after taking your money. they have stuffed all sorts of things up and completely ignore any concerns raised. have followed up multiple times about a particular issue and haven't heard back. they provide the most extraordinarily abysmal and unprofessional service, if any at all. there are many other aligner providers - this is not the one to go with.
UPDATE: finally I have been contacted about my concerns months later. they "acknowledge my disappointment" but do not even apologise for the significant loss and inconvenience they caused. management are completely heartless and only care about money - theirs not yours.

All nice until they get your money then couldn't give a sht.
I previously wrote a favourable review as encouraged to do so after my initial consultation. After making full payment I got a call back from Rin saying she had miscalculated the total and asked for several hundred more dollars. Which I paid. Service from this point onward was non-existent. Now at the end of my treatment, I have been left wearing the final set for 46 days while the incompetent staff who couldn't care less if they tried fail to arrange an appointment for corrections/retainer. Finally an appointment was scheduled, and after driving to Brisbane from the Gold Coast, have been waiting in reception (which stinks of toxic air freshener) for an hour. Now sitting in my car to avoid getting a parking ticket because they can't tell me how long it will be and feeling sick from the overpowering air freshener. Requested a call from management last week to resolve these issues but unsurprisingly I have not heard from them and they can't tell me when they will be available.
