Worst customer service manager Matt
Worst customer service - from the MANAGER NAMED MATT!!! We are going to be out of town and our system is trouble shooting - he wants us to change our smoke detector batteries ! Not only we have very high ceilings and are senior citizens but I have told him that for more than 25 years we never had to change any batteries and maybe something else is trouble shooting - he did not care although we are going away he only wants to book a technician to come in 5 weeks time !!!!! Rude and arrogant and won’t even listen to me and insists that I should change it myself ( a senior citizen ) - Won’t even let me talk to some one who is higher than him in management so they can come sooner Don’t use this company - terrible
