The most dishonest company with zero customer support. Order: ULANZI114714 My timeline starts with 15th September and still to this date of 21st October, After more than a month. The support team have literally no idea what’s going on with the orders. You can expect to do over 50-60+ emails and yet with no guarantee that the company will ever support you. The money is gone and it feels like more of a scam. There courier partners were on different level that there tracking never works. So no idea where you actual package is. Thanks ulanzi for your worst customer service with giving a sense of scam towards your customers. I lost 500usd along with more than a month of asking for a help. Please don’t say that you ever care for your customers because never you or your customer representative takes the issues seriously with high value purchases. I wish i never trusted your products and site for high value items.
