2nd Update on Halarye Review
It’s October 28th. Here is another update on my Halarye problem. Yesterday I checked the tracking number they provided upon shipment and discovered that the shirt was delivered to an address in the Georgia, United States. The shipping address on the receipts shows a Southern California city. Who they delivered it too in Georgia is unknown. The company replied to my earlier request for a refund saying that they couldn’t issue a refund because 1) It’s in transit and 2) It’s in a PayPal dispute so they can’t refund the price. Now that’s it’s been delivered to the wrong address, a refund should be immediately forthcoming. Also, we all know that sellers can authorize a refund if they wish. Halarye just doesn’t want to. I’m sorry I ever did business with this company. I will never do so again. Based upon my experience, prospective buyers will have to decide for themselves if this is a merchant they want to do business with. Update October 29th, 2024. I received a refund from Halarye, thru Pay Pal, this morning. I will not be making future purchases from Halarye, despite the fact that they made a full refund. 45+ days is simply too long for me to wait for a delivery! And a few too many errors made which may have contributed to the longer shipping time. I have yet to receive the package. Thanks Halarye for the full refund. Final Update - November 5th. Shirt never delivered. Two days short of two months. Did receive a refund from Hilary’s.
