Ordered a printer 6 weeks ago, unsuccessful delivery twice.
Ordered a printer 6 weeks ago, Still no show. The "tracker" said it was returned the sender. i put it in quote marks as for a week it displayed my parcel was "not found". Turns out it was returned to sender. Asked for a new 1 to be shipped. Same experience again. Emailed asking what is going on and was told "its not our problem". Terrible customer service. Dont waste your time, just ordered from somewhere else. I will NEVER deal with this company again and i urge all of you to do the same.
