5-day delivery within the EU is guaranteed for the product in the webshop. This happened, but without any notification, I only received half of the products. I did not receive another tracking code, or that the other half of my package is delayed. I thought that the chargers for the lamp were just missing, so I wrote a letter to the customer service, who readily replied that yes, it couldn't have arrived because the charger adapters come from China, here is the tracking code. For now, the system says 26 days for delivery... I can't even test whether the lights I ordered work.
