FRAUD AND SCAM
The company is selling 1gbps VDS with 2TB data transfer per month! but after purchased, i only used like around 3gb data outbound, it limit my speed to 10mbps data transfer in and 1mbps speed for data transfer out. I contact the support via ticket to ask for the problem i only got: The issue you're experiencing might be due to the carrier's QoS. Please log into the server and perform a speed test to rule out any carrier influence. If the speed test results on the server side do not meet expectations, it could be that your server triggered a bandwidth throttling mechanism, which will automatically lift after the server hasn't occupied bandwidth for a certain period. Best regards, ClawCloud Support Team what is that mean maybe? they don't even find the solution or give any explanation, absolutely not. they closed the ticket :))
