Great support, great laser
In a nutshell: I am extremely satisfied with the great support from IKIER! Before I bought my IKIER K1 Ultra 36W, I had an enquiry about delivery and customs costs; I received a reply the next day. I also had an enquiry about the IKIER referral programme; here, too, I received a reply within a very short time. After I had received the laser and wanted to assemble it, I realised that one of 4 cables was not connected to the plug of the Z-axis motor and was hanging out. My question about this was answered competently after just a few hours and I was then able to solve the problem myself. A further enquiry I made was also answered within a very short time. Correspondence was by e-mail; it was competent and friendly. I think IKIER's service is great and I am very pleased with it. I can recommend IKIER without reservation. By the way: the Laser K1 Ultra 36W is very well made and looks high quality. The E2 enclosure for it is of great quality; everything fits perfectly and harmonises exceptionally well with the laser.
