Incredible Quality & Service
On October 8th we placed an order for a custom window replacement screen from Affordable Screens. The website instructions were easy to understand. We appreciated the attention to detail and the reminder to measure twice! When the screen arrived this week, we could not have been more impressed with the packing. At the time of the order, we were a little surprised at the $31 shipping charge, but realized shipping is only “free” on Amazon! The screen was carefully placed in a box with a custom wood frame that kept it perfectly protected during shipping and delivery. The box was sealed all around with tape that said “FRAGILE.” Wow! Thank you for demonstrating the kind of care a family owned business shows its customers. If we need a replacement screen again we know who to contact! Sincerely, The Gentry’s
