The ticket booked on your site didn't give me access to the airline website for checkin!…
The ticket booked on your site was my flight from dfw to sin. It invoked American airlines & Japan airlines. The booking code you gave me only works on the Japan airline website & NOT THE AMERICAN AIRLINE WEBSITE. So I could only confirm my seats & checkin on part of my flight..... and the most important part (the longest sector) i can't even access to checkin or pick my seat. That's really bad!! You should know your airlines and have the right code for each that is separate!! So they actually work!
