The order page is misleading, customer service rude and sarcastic
The order page is misleading. The time they give on that is always delayed. Delay in booster, delay in progress. I was having a query with one of the customer services. The name is "Odin". He is nothing other than being rude and sarcastic. And basically saying I'm stupid and can't understand what "average" means. About when would be a booster taking my order. The first booster is halfway, and never got a second one. The real-time is way over what's on the order page. Misleading. Ordering with them the first time is not bad. This time extremely disappointed. And this is no one to complain to.
