Buyer Beware! Fraudulent Return Policy
I ordered a $20 t shirt a month ago. It arrived from China 2 weeks later with defective seams. I immediately contacted the company to arrange a refund, as promised in their return policy. After numerous exchanges, they offered a partial refund of $5 or take the chance returning it to China at my expense (shipping costs $35). They offered to send another product, which I could not use as it had been intended as a gift for an event already past. Basically, you're stuck with whatever cheap product you buy from them, so expect to lose your money. Addendum:Upgraded to 3 stars: After two weeks of exchanges and a complaint filed with my credit card company, they did refund me the full amount of the item. To their credit, they were very quick to reply to emails. AI?
