Bait and Switch - Bogus company
Sent them a barely used phone with screen savers and a case still on it, no scratches or damage. I have detailed pictures of the phone, they knocked it down and took off half the agreed upon value. Never received any communication that they were knocking the price in half and giving me the opportunity to take the phone back and get the real value from a real company. Once they have your phone, you're screwed and if they knock down the value, you'll never see the money or your phone again. I am feeling completely ripped off! I could have walked into Costco and gotten more. This company keeps having this service contact me to take this down. This is a true and valid review. They have so many bad reviews, perhaps they should just do better!
