Customer service is truly exceptional. Of the 15 + years we have been doing business with Omega Sonics we have had only a couple of issues with our machine. When contacting Frank @ Omega the reply back is almost immediate and his knowledge in helping resolve the concern with our unit is always spot on. He has up and running asap.
