I VERY much discourage using this…
I VERY much discourage using this company. I purchased 3 costumes from them and have had nothing but trouble. They take days to respond to messages, then give non answers. My Flash costume was so bad, it was unusable. The mask had different shaped eye holes cut and sewn so crookedly, bunched up at the nose, that it could not be used. They took two weeks to respond, offering me $10; by then my party had passed and I was unable to use it. The Nightwing costume did not look like the one pictured. The Green Lantern said it came with a mask, but did not and they took 2 weeks to respond saying that it really didn't. Rather than publish my bad reviews, they entered "default praise" as the review on each of the costumes. The return policy requires that your get their permission to return it and that you return it in 7 days, you pay for shipping and customs, then they deduct a restocking fee. That's not very helpful when they take a week or more to respond to you. Additionally, I have had difficulty finding someone to ship it back to China, and at this point am thinking returning it means I get next to nothing if anything from it AND they get to sell it at full price to someone else.
