I recently purchased a Xiaomi Note 11 Pro device from turkey and I would like to express my serious dissatisfaction with it. The device has severe technical issues, such as SIM blocking, which prevents me from using the phone with a SIM card. the IMEI is unknown after factory reset, and the finger print is not working, This is an unacceptable defect for a device produced by your company. Additionally, the device’s performance is very slow and its features do not meet my expectations or justify its price. These problems have caused me great disappointment, and I believe the product falls below the standards advertised by your company. Furthermore, I feel that I have been deceived. I kindly request that the necessary actions be taken to resolve my issue, whether by repairing or replacing the device, or providing appropriate compensation. I also strongly urge you to improve your technical support quality to prevent other customers from facing similar problems. If my issue is not resolved, I will be forced to pursue legal action and file an official complaint with consumer protection authorities. I look forward to your prompt response and necessary actions.
