Stop using OnTrac
Please, just stop using OnTrac, it lowers customer satisfaction. Why do all this so Target can save a couple of dollars instead of using FedEx or UPS? Customers will try to find other places to order from in the long term. OnTrac is a terrible shipping company with an inferior UI (it barely gives information and gives false delivered notifications), has no options to hold a package or leave a comment, and delivers VERY LATE, like 8 or 9 pm, to my place. Just check the internet, everyone hates OnTrac for being unreliable with unresponsive customer support. FedEx is able to deliver by 11 am or 3 pm depending on the service. Because you guys started using OnTrac, my family doesn't like to order from Target anymore.
