Trust Ciao
We were extremely happy with with our tour of Italy arranged through Ciao Italy. All of the hotels were in wonderful locations with beautiful breakfasts. The included transfers were always on time, clean and exactly where they said they'd be. Porter service, where planned, was very helpful. Train tickets and schedules were easy to follow and the reserved seats were in an excellent class of service. I found them very easy to work with.
