Does what its suppose to do. The service is great. Has support for multiple browsers and mobile devices, and multiple things that you can store (logins, passwords, notes, documents, credit cards, etc). I would try to improve the 2fa feature, which is not easy to reach when you need to use it. And also being able to add password to secured things in the app. Basically once you unblock the app, adding a second layer so some things can be secured with another password. Besides this, no the product seems to be quite safe (never had any leaks or problems) and relatively simple.
