I recently took my kids to see Moana 2 in 3D at this theater, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. First, they didn’t have 3D glasses available, making it impossible to enjoy the movie properly. Then, I tried to buy popcorn before the movie started and was told to wait 25 minutes as they were out. After waiting, I got back in line only to be told it would be another 25 minutes. When the popcorn was finally available, I had to wait in yet another line to purchase it. The lack of preparation and organization completely ruined the experience. A movie night is supposed to be enjoyable, but this felt frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.
