STAY AWAY! Order Never Arrived
I've made a purchase on Oct 11 and it was supposed to arrive between Oct 18 - 21. Yet, my order status was never updated which led me to contacting the customer service regarding my order. The customer service agents were infuriating as they've been sending me template responses saying they're investigating yet no details were given. I can't be waiting for my order indefinitely when I've made my payment. At the same time, they refuse to acknowledge my request to seek more details or possibilities of refund/cancellation.
