Multiple things. Bought my Hyper as my first purchase from you guys. I bent the cap, ordered a new one, fixed my cap, cancelled my order, and you guys shipped me a new cap anyway. A-freaking-plus service! I also ordered the wand, it broke on my first use (that glass in there is crazy) and you guys shipped me a new one no questions asked. I really appreciate the service you provided me both times - especially since I'm a manager for a customer service team. You guys are living the values I try to instill in my team. Please keep it up!
