An excellent product which is easy to use, but what sets FlipHTML apart from many companies I’ve dealt with is its superb customer service. Due to a change in circumstances, I no longer needed FlipHTML, but had forgotten to cancel the recurring subscription. The money had already been taken and, more in hope than expectation, I contacted their customer support to explain what had happened and ask for a refund. Instead of a chatbot, pre-programmed to answer a specific set of prompts, I was presented with a simple form to describe the issue. Within minutes I was sent a reassuring reply from Mischa saying they were looking into it. Within the hour I was issued a full refund. Thank you.
