Very disappointed with this Easybook
Very disappointed with this Easybook. I just purchased the easybook voucher on 5th Nov 2024 for the trip on 7th Nov 2024. While purchasing the voucher, I tried to find the list of the transport companies which work with them and unfortunately, I can't see the list and I thought it will be many transporter companies are with them. thus, I continue the purchases. After done the purchase, I started to book the ticket and only knew I couldn't use the voucher as there is only City Express is with them. I contacted the service center and they told me the city express has withdrawn. i request to refund of the money and they refused and told me the voucher is valid for 2 years. I feel cheated and got scammed as to why easybook can continue to allow the consumer to purchase the voucher and there is no transporter with their program/campaign. Why does the consumer have to pay first and wait for your company to find the transporter to join your program? this is so unpleasant way to run the business. i strongly still request Easybook to look into this and refund full payment.
