Their vouchers are a scam. They are very inflexible
As an elderly (not tech savy first timer user, I tried to book my bus seat to Hatyai and use their first timer discount. There is no place for me to type the 'new user' code. Instead vouchers flash out. So I thought that is the discount voucher and I paid, thinking that I am paying for the trip. When I realized my mistake 5 minutes later, I called my bank to stop payment but it was too late. The next day, I contacted easybook but they refused to refund. They would not even transfer the amount to my easybook wallet. What is worst, is that the vouchers are applicable to only certain limited transporters which I have no use of. So guys, beware of them. Money out and there it goes.
