I rarely leave negative reviews (bad karma), but consumers should know how this company operates. Initially, I appreciated the scheduling process and SMS updates. However, on the drop-off day, the driver arrived at 5:20 AM without a prior time frame and placed the dumpster partially blocking my garage. Despite my request, it wasn’t picked up until the following Monday, leaving it in my driveway all weekend. A week later, I received a surprising overage bill, claiming the yard waste exceeded 1 ton (we are talking sticks, twigs, and shrubs here. PLUS one piece of granite from a small powder room. 60% capacity, MAYBE). My card was automatically charged, with no way for me to verify the weight. Although their contract includes these terms, this felt unexpected and frustrating. If you work with this company, anticipate potential extra charges after the job.
