Jack with Infimobile did a great job of resolving my very difficult situation. I wrote a short review for Infimobile. I want to expand that I have been using the service for 4 years now. I have had several challenges with my phone and difficulties caused by me or my equipment or something not associated with the company. Infimobile has been absolutely outstanding in customer service and outstanding to solve problems created by me and my equipment. I overly highly recommend this company for cell phone service. I have caught and had communication with many of their personnel and each and everyone is very knowledgeable, smart, empathetic, and problem solvers. I now have five telephone numbers with this company and the customer service is excellent, and with fabulously low pricing which makes it a win-win-win opportunity for whoever uses this service.
