Worth the wait.
After 21 days from the time, I received my order confirmation, my bag finally arrived. There were many delivery updates, which were confusing and at times made me doubt whether I would actually receive the bag. Some of the information was repetitive and showed the same status even a week later. I contacted service, and they sent me a separate tracking link that was accurate and precise. Overall, the delivery process was long, tedious, confusing, and uncertain. That said, the bag did arrive in good condition. It is very nice, and the quality is wonderful. Would I order again? Most likely—now that I know I need to be very patient. Overall, it was worth the wait.
