Superb Ebike conversion kits, great service.
I have supplied and fitted dozens of LVBU kits to customer bikes as a professional ebike conversion business. The product is excellent, and the customer service is superb too (if you get to speak to Miya, she is brilliant). If ordering stock from the manufacturing base in China rather than UK depot then you need to be prepared for shipping and customs time, but LVBU are always very clear about this and have been on hand to respond quickly and helpfully when there have been (very rare) issues. UK deliveries arrive within just a few days and most of the common specifications are held in UK stock. I have no concerns at all about the reliability of the kits I fit to customers’ bikes, nor LVBUs ability to honour a warranty claim in the rare case it would be needed. Very highly recommended. Five stars across the board.
