BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! I purchased 2 mystery sabers for my two sons. I met Paul at the Comic con event in CT. My sons 7 & 10 tried out his sabers and liked them so I ordered from him a few months later as I thought he was a trusted vendor. We needed them for Halloween and tracking showed delivered but they never arrived. ( I was waiting patiently for them for my son’s Halloween costumes. Kids waiting patiently too.) I reached out to Paul about 2 days after to let him know they must have been lost in transit, they never arrived. He told me he was not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and would not be willing to offer me a refund OR replacement and basically insinuated I was a liar and trying to SCAM HIM for free light sabers? After researching the business- I see on Facebook there is an entire group dedicated to this man’s poor business dealings ( DX sabers Exposed) and I wasn’t the only customer who hasn’t received their goods. He then emailed me ramblings that legally he didn’t have to replace or refund me etc. My kids were disappointed and we had to order ones last minute prior to Halloween. Very poor business dealings.. I would not recommend this business to anyone and really feel these comic con events should not allow vendors with so many poor reviews to be at these shows. I also read a lot of these positive reviews or paid or fake.
