Amazing Customer Service
I started to get worried due to this group saying they Hate DX Sabers but I always saw them at Tekko and Steel city and ordered one on their site. I emailed the customer service and they got back to me within the next day! They apologized since the postal service was being difficult and resent me the tracking information so I’d be able to follow the saber. They also included a discount code even though I said they didn’t have to as they felt it wrong I was being inconvenienced
