Promoting maverick was wrong
For me i was wrongfully terminated also from isleep. I am sure Maverick interpreted all the feedback negatively, but from what I understand, my work was okay according to my supervisor zita. But it feels like I was terminated simply on a whim, or was it truly due to poor performance for since i was hired august. Since Zita was my supervisor. I believe she can shed light on why my contract was abruptly terminated. Also seems like even my zita doesn't even know i was already gone cause she was looking for me that monday shift so how come the email i received is stating my supervisor zita was the one who is responsible for my termination. Seems like her name was just used as an excuse. Please note that no meeting or discussion regarding my termination was held. I only discovered it when I was unable to log in on Monday, September 23. I even asked my coworkers if there was an issue with the Teams system. I sent emails to john and Michael and to maverick no one sent any response.
