While I understand G2G’s need to enforce policies, I never received any prior warning before my account was permanently banned. I have over 2,100 completed orders and 2,000+ positive feedback, proving that I was a reliable seller.
Even if my account remains suspended, I am requesting the withdrawal of my remaining balance, as those funds were earned through legitimate sales that followed the platform’s rules. Refusing to release my funds, despite my hard work, is unfair. I hope G2G will do the right thing and at least allow me to withdraw my earnings.

Disappointed After 7 Months as a Trusted Seller
I have been a seller on G2G for over 7 months, successfully completing 2,100+ orders with more than 2,000 positive feedback from buyers. I previously left a positive Trustpilot review about the platform because I truly valued the opportunity G2G provided to sellers like me.
However, despite my dedication and strong seller record, my account was permanently suspended due to an alleged policy violation. I was accused of selling fake codes, but in reality, I was simply using an automated message system where buyers contacted me via chat before receiving their valid keys. G2G never issued me any warnings before the ban, and despite multiple attempts to appeal, they refused to review my case fairly.
I understand G2G must enforce rules, but banning a long-time, highly rated seller without a proper review is unfair. I also still have funds stuck in my account, and G2G has not provided any clear response on how I can withdraw them.
I trusted this platform and built my business here, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I hope G2G reconsiders its policies and provides better communication with sellers who have proven their reliability.
