It was supposed to be home delivered, and the used iPhone 13 Pro 128 GB USA version price is $663.99 with a DHL shipping charge of $49.22, a total of $663.99, equivalent to 79,401 Bangladeshi taka. The product is held at customs instead of delivered to my home and requires an additional payment of $300-$800 to clear it. I requested my sales manager, Nancy, to refund the product, but she was unresponsive. I was neglected a lot. Finally, I paid $400 through the broker and released the product. An unfortunate total cost of $1,063.99, which I could have easily bought a better new mobile. I request that Sunsky Online compensate me.
