been a customer for almost a year. boosters quality fluctuates significantly. had a booster today who didn't go with any of the champs provided. when reached out to customer service, they said champ selections are not guaranteed unless i pay the extra: "Putting a small amount of champions will not guarantee the booster will play them, as you know the champions might be banned or picked ... The champions are guaranteed only if you pay the extra." while their FAQ clearly states "...We will make sure our boosters follow that request during the elo boosting process." also only one of four was banned. the other three were all available.
