Poor customer service, dishonest, poor quality
I got a duplicate necklace and charged for it. I sent it back, paid for shipping back even though they say free returns. They charged me $10.00 more for their shipping fee initially and $20 for what they said was a custom order length which was not advertised. They rip off the customer, don't communicate the return policy and change the information during the conversation. Cannot reach by phone. VERY poor company to deal with and their quality is not that good. NEVER shop there! Dishonest!
