I placed an order with this so-called ‘Black Wear’ company expecting to support a black-owned business, but it turned out to be nothing more than a sham. After weeks of waiting, my items never arrived, and customer service was non-existent. To add insult to injury, I discovered that this company isn’t black-owned at all but rather based in China, falsely advertising their products to appeal to conscious consumers. The lack of transparency and respect for customers is unacceptable. I feel completely misled and would not recommend anyone waste their hard-earned money on a company that refuses to deliver on its promises.
