Communication lacking
The item was ordered for my niece based on positive results that my husband has with using the hand machine. It clearly stated that I would receive an email when it was shipped. I watched fir the email so I could let my niece know it had been shipped. After a week I told my niece that I had not received notice of the item shipping yet and she told me she had received it a few days ago. With that being said, the item apparently was shipped quickly but if told an email would be sent when shipped, some folks actually do watch their email.
